COVID-19 Updates

To ensure the safety of our staff and our patients. We have developed the following protocols in our office following the guidelines of ADA, CDC and OSHA to reduce the spread of COVID-19 virus and infection control practices.

  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask for some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
  • We have a hand wash station that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
  • You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
  • We will be measuring your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. If you have fever over 100ºF. you will be requested to see your primary care doctor or advised to visit the COVID testing sites nearby.
  • Our staff will be following the same protocol upon their visit to the office every day.
  • You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to ensure disinfection is complete and to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
  • we have also incorporated engineering controls to ensure maximum safety to our staff and patients. We have modified our office with negative pressure units with UV sterlization and doors in our operatories to prevent spread of any possible infection.
  • Please call us at 610-275-0425 to know more about our infection control procedures if you have any concerns.
